Can I change the link after placing an order?
No. If the link changes while the order is running, the order is set to Completed and nothing is refunded.
Can I place two orders for the same link at once?
No. Wait until the first order finishes before placing another order for the same link.
What happens if my account is private?
The order can show Completed with nothing delivered. Open a ticket so the order is checked manually.
How is a Partial order refunded?
Automatically: order price × undelivered quantity ÷ ordered quantity. The refund goes back to your panel balance.
