If an order is canceled or stops early, the price of the undelivered part returns to your balance.

The price is taken from your balance when you order. If the service shows a Cancel button you can cancel it, and what was not delivered comes back.
Keep the account public and the link unchanged. If the order looks stuck, open a ticket: when the provider can stop it, the order is canceled and the undelivered part returns to your balance.
No refund. If the count drops later, use Refill on services that have it. If nothing arrived at all, open a ticket with the order ID and we refund what was not delivered.

If the count drops later, press Refill on your Orders page. It restores the count up to what you ordered, during the refill period of that service. A drop is not refunded as money.
Funds you add become balance. They are not sent back to the payment method you used, and unused balance is not paid out.
Open a ticket with the payment method, the amount and the transaction ID. Once the gateway confirms the payment, we add it to your balance.
Network and gateway fees are set by the payment gateway, are paid by you and are not refunded.

No. Balance cannot be withdrawn. Refunds and deposits stay in your SMM Center balance and are spent on services.
The amount returns to your balance when the order status changes to Canceled or Partial. You do not need to open a ticket.
Most orders cannot be canceled once they start. A Cancel option appears only on services that support it.
Open a ticket with the order ID. If the provider can stop the order, it is canceled and the undelivered part returns to your balance.
If you dispute a payment that was already credited to your account, we may suspend the account and its balance until the dispute is closed. A support ticket solves most payment problems faster.
