SMM Center will

What you can count on from us.

  • Show the price per 1,000, the minimum and maximum, and the refill terms before you pay. 3.1
  • Return the undelivered part of a cancelled or partial order to your balance automatically. 6.1
  • Refill drops during the refill period on services that include refill. 5.2
  • Never ask for the password of your social media accounts. 2.4
  • Charge the price shown in the order form at the moment you order. 3.4

You agree to

What we need from you so orders work.

  • Use a public link and keep it unchanged until the order is completed. 4.2
  • Wait for one order to finish before ordering the same service for the same link again. 4.3
  • Keep your password and API key private. 2.2
  • Not use the panel for illegal or harmful content, fraud or attacks. 9
  • Accept that platforms can remove activity or limit accounts. 10

What happens if…?

The questions we get most, answered with the rule that applies.

My order is Partial or Cancelled?

Money back to balance

The undelivered part goes back to your SMM Center balance automatically. You do not need to open a ticket, and you can use that balance for any other order.

See clause 6.1 →

The count dropped after delivery?

Depends on the service

If the service has a refill period and you are still inside it, press Refill on your Orders page. Services marked "No Refill" are not refilled.

See clause 5.1 – 5.2 →

I changed my link or made my account private during an order?

No refund

The order is marked completed and the undelivered part is not returned. Keep the account public and the link unchanged until the order shows Completed.

See clause 4.2 →

I ordered the same link twice?

Overlap not refunded

Both orders count from the same starting number, so one can look complete before it is. Wait for the first order to finish before you order the same service for the same link again.

See clause 4.3 →

I entered the wrong link?

Hard to fix

Orders start automatically, so a wrong link usually cannot be changed. If the service shows a Cancel option, cancel the order. Otherwise open a ticket right away with the order ID.

See clause 4.1, 4.4 →

Can my balance go back to my wallet or card?

Balance stays in the panel

No. Refunds go to your SMM Center balance, and balance is spent on services. It is not paid out to a wallet or card.

See clause 6.2 →

My API key leaked?

Act now

Create a new API key in your account right away. Orders placed with the old key count as yours until you replace it.

See clause 11.2 →

The platform removed followers or limited my account?

Platform decision

Platforms can remove activity or restrict accounts, and we cannot reverse that. Refill can help with drops if the service has a refill period and you are still inside it.
