Most order problems on SMM Center come from the same few mistakes: a private account, the wrong kind of link or a second order placed too early. This page shows how to avoid them.

Why it matters
What goes wrong when a check is skipped?
Orders are sent to the provider automatically. Once an order starts, most services cannot be stopped or edited.
The order is canceled or goes to the wrong place. A wrong link you entered yourself is not refunded after delivery.
The start counts overlap, so the system cannot tell which order delivered what. One of them may complete early.
The link stops working in the middle of delivery. The delivered part stays charged and the rest returns as Partial.

- Price per 1,000Your cost is the quantity divided by 1,000, times this price. Here, 1,000 members cost $0.69 and 100 cost about $0.07.

- RefillIf the count drops inside this period, the service refills it. Services marked No Refill do not.
- Average timeCalculated from recent orders. It is an average, not a promise.
- DescriptionRead it every time. Two similar services can need different links.

What does each order status mean?
You can follow every order on your Orders page.
The order is waiting to start.
Nothing to do. Do not order again for the same link.Delivery is running.
Keep the account public and the link unchanged.The full quantity was delivered.
If the count dropped later, use Refill on services that include it.The order stopped early.
The undelivered part returned to your balance automatically.The order did not run.

- Return the undelivered part of a Canceled or Partial order to your balance automatically.
- Refill a drop inside the refill period, on services that include refill.
- Check an order that is stuck or shows Completed but did not arrive, when you open a ticket with the order ID.
We cannot
- Cancel or edit most orders after they start.
- Change the link of an order after you submit it.
- Promise an exact start time or speed. Shown times are averages.
- Stop a platform from removing activity or limiting an account.
Can I place two orders for the same link at the same time?
No. Wait until the first order is Completed, Partial or Canceled before you order again for the same link.
Can I cancel an order after it starts?
Most orders cannot be canceled once they start. A Cancel option appears only on services that support it.
What happens if I enter the wrong link?
If the order has not started, open a ticket at once and we try to stop it. Delivery to a wrong link that you entered is not refunded.
Why did my order start late?
Start time depends on the service and on how busy it is. The time shown on a service is an average of recent orders, not a promise.
The count dropped after the order completed. What now?
If the service includes refill and the refill period has not ended, use the Refill button on your Orders page. Services marked No Refill are not refilled.
Does SMM Center need my password?
No. An order needs only a public link or username. Never give your social media password to anyone in our name.
